Introduction
HBA
HBA, a monthly reference price for Indonesian coal. The new HBA calculation, started from April 2023, is based on the average traded price of coal over the previous two months, with 70% weight given to the previous month's prices and 30% to those of two months earlier.
HPB
The HPB, updated monthly, is a main reference for thermal coal prices in Indonesia's domestic market transactions.
